Motor Vehicle Accidents

Our facility is a primary point of entry for treatment of injuries due to motor vehicle accidents. Individuals do not require a referral from a medical doctor to process documentation and receive treatment at our clinic. Our staff will provide all forms (AB1, AB2) and assist with coordinating insurance claims so the patients’ only requirement is to book appointments and heal. All the therapies offered at the clinic are covered through the insurance claim. Patients are required to submit an AB1 form within 10 days of the accident, and once the claim has been approved, treatment can begin.
